SuperFacts - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SuperFacts ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

Modify, copy, or distribute the App's content
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Transfer your license to another person

3. In-App Purchases

SuperFacts offers a one-time lifetime purchase that unlocks all features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

4. Family Sharing

If you enable Family Sharing, your purchase can be shared with up to 6 family members as part of your Apple Family Sharing group.

5. Content

All facts, images, and content in the App are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or error-free.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and the App design, is owned by SuperFacts and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
Interfere with the App's functionality

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperFacts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant SuperFacts ("l'Application"), vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions d'Utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'Application.

2. Licence

Nous vous accordons une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable pour utiliser l'Application à des fins personnelles et non commerciales. Cette licence ne vous permet pas de :

Modifier, copier ou distribuer le contenu de l'Application
Faire de l'ingénierie inverse ou tenter d'extraire le code source
Utiliser l'Application à des fins illégales
Transférer votre licence à une autre personne

3. Achats Intégrés

SuperFacts propose un achat unique à vie qui débloque toutes les fonctionnalités. Tous les achats sont traités par Apple via l'App Store. Les remboursements sont gérés selon la politique de remboursement d'Apple.

4. Partage Familial

Si vous activez le Partage Familial, votre achat peut être partagé avec jusqu'à 6 membres de la famille dans votre groupe de Partage Familial Apple.

5. Contenu

Tous les faits, images et contenus de l'Application sont fournis à des fins éducatives et de divertissement. Bien que nous nous efforcions d'être précis, nous ne garantissons pas que toutes les informations sont complètes ou sans erreur.

6. Propriété Intellectuelle

Tout le contenu, y compris mais sans s'y limiter, le texte, les images, les graphiques et le design de l'Application, appartient à SuperFacts et est protégé par les lois sur le droit d'auteur.

7. Conduite de l'Utilisateur

Vous acceptez d'utiliser l'Application de manière responsable et de ne pas :

Violer les lois ou réglementations applicables
Porter atteinte aux droits d'autrui
Tenter d'obtenir un accès non autorisé à l'Application
Interférer avec le fonctionnement de l'Application

8. Exclusion de Garanties

L'Application est fournie "telle quelle" sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne garantissons pas que l'Application sera sans erreur, sécurisée ou disponible en permanence.

9. Limitation de Responsabilité

Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi, SuperFacts ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux ou consécutifs découlant de votre utilisation de l'Application.

10. Modifications des Conditions

Nous pouvons mettre à jour ces Conditions d'Utilisation de temps en temps. L'utilisation continue de l'Application après les modifications constitue l'acceptation des nouvelles conditions.

2. Lizenz

Wir gewähren Ihnen eine begrenzte, nicht-exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur Nutzung der App für persönliche, nicht-kommerzielle Zwecke. Diese Lizenz erlaubt Ihnen nicht:

Den Inhalt der App zu modifizieren, kopieren oder zu verbreiten
Reverse Engineering durchzuführen oder den Quellcode zu extrahieren
Die App für illegale Zwecke zu nutzen
Ihre Lizenz an eine andere Person zu übertragen

3. In-App-Käufe

SuperFacts bietet einen einmaligen lebenslangen Kauf, der alle Funktionen freischaltet. Alle Käufe werden von Apple über den App Store abgewickelt. Erstattungen werden gemäß Apples Erstattungsrichtlinie behandelt.

4. Familienfreigabe

Wenn Sie die Familienfreigabe aktivieren, kann Ihr Kauf mit bis zu 6 Familienmitgliedern in Ihrer Apple-Familienfreigabegruppe geteilt werden.

5. Inhalt

Alle Fakten, Bilder und Inhalte in der App werden zu Bildungs- und Unterhaltungszwecken bereitgestellt. Obwohl wir nach Genauigkeit streben, garantieren wir nicht, dass alle Informationen vollständig oder fehlerfrei sind.

6. Geistiges Eigentum

Alle Inhalte, einschließlich aber nicht beschränkt auf Text, Bilder, Grafiken und das App-Design, sind Eigentum von SuperFacts und durch Urheberrechtsgesetze geschützt.

7. Nutzerverhalten

Sie stimmen zu, die App verantwortungsvoll zu nutzen und nicht:

Gegen geltende Gesetze oder Vorschriften zu verstoßen
Die Rechte anderer zu verletzen
Unbefugten Zugang zur App zu versuchen
Die Funktionalität der App zu stören

8. Gewährleistungsausschluss

Die App wird "wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass die App fehlerfrei, sicher oder jederzeit verfügbar ist.

9. Haftungsbeschränkung

Im maximal gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang haftet SuperFacts nicht für indirekte, zufällige, besondere oder Folgeschäden, die aus Ihrer Nutzung der App entstehen.

10. Änderungen der Bedingungen

Wir können diese Nutzungsbedingungen von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach Änderungen gilt als Annahme der neuen Bedingungen.

SuperFacts ofrece una compra única de por vida que desbloquea todas las funciones. Todas las compras son procesadas por Apple a través de la App Store. Los reembolsos se manejan según la política de reembolso de Apple.

4. Compartir en Familia

Si habilita Compartir en Familia, su compra puede compartirse con hasta 6 miembros de la familia como parte de su grupo de Compartir en Familia de Apple.

5. Contenido

Todos los datos, imágenes y contenido de la Aplicación se proporcionan con fines educativos y de entretenimiento. Aunque nos esforzamos por ser precisos, no garantizamos que toda la información sea completa o esté libre de errores.

6. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido, incluyendo pero no limitado a texto, imágenes, gráficos y el diseño de la Aplicación, es propiedad de SuperFacts y está protegido por las leyes de derechos de autor.

7. Conducta del Usuario

Usted acepta usar la Aplicación de manera responsable y no:

Violar las leyes o regulaciones aplicables
Infringir los derechos de otros
Intentar obtener acceso no autorizado a la Aplicación
Interferir con la funcionalidad de la Aplicación

8. Descargo de Garantías

La Aplicación se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que la Aplicación estará libre de errores, sea segura o esté disponible en todo momento.

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, SuperFacts no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental, especial o consecuente que surja de su uso de la Aplicación.

10. Cambios en los Términos

Podemos actualizar estos Términos de Uso de vez en cuando. El uso continuado de la Aplicación después de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los nuevos términos.

4. Condivisione Famiglia

Se abiliti la Condivisione Famiglia, il tuo acquisto può essere condiviso con fino a 6 membri della famiglia come parte del tuo gruppo di Condivisione Famiglia Apple.

5. Contenuto

Tutti i fatti, le immagini e i contenuti nell'App sono forniti a scopo educativo e di intrattenimento. Sebbene ci sforziamo per l'accuratezza, non garantiamo che tutte le informazioni siano complete o prive di errori.

6. Proprietà Intellettuale

Tutti i contenuti, inclusi ma non limitati a testo, immagini, grafici e il design dell'App, sono di proprietà di SuperFacts e protetti dalle leggi sul copyright.

7. Condotta dell'Utente

Accetti di utilizzare l'App in modo responsabile e di non:

Violare leggi o regolamenti applicabili
Violare i diritti di altri
Tentare di ottenere accesso non autorizzato all'App
Interferire con la funzionalità dell'App

Если вы включите Семейный доступ, вашей покупкой можно поделиться с 6 членами семьи в рамках вашей группы Семейного доступа Apple.

5. Содержимое

Все факты, изображения и содержимое в Приложении предоставляются в образовательных и развлекательных целях. Хотя мы стремимся к точности, мы не гарантируем, что вся информация является полной или безошибочной.

6. Интеллектуальная Собственность

Весь контент, включая, но не ограничиваясь, текст, изображения, графику и дизайн Приложения, принадлежит SuperFacts и защищён законами об авторском праве.

7. Поведение Пользователя

Вы соглашаетесь использовать Приложение ответственно и не:

Нарушать применимые законы или правила
Нарушать права других лиц
Пытаться получить несанкционированный доступ к Приложению
Вмешиваться в работу Приложения

8. Отказ от Гарантий

Мы можем время от времени обновлять настоящие Условия использования. Продолжение использования Приложения после изменений означает принятие новых условий.
